Shipping Policy

FocusLab products are sourced and shipped directly from our global fulfillment partners. This page explains how shipping works, how long delivery typically takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed and processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping destinations

FocusLab currently ships to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at jwiley@focuslabshop.com.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order ships, not when the order is placed.

United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5-10 business days
- Furniture and oversized items (freight): 10-20 business days

International:
- Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

These ranges reflect normal conditions. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the items in your order. Any promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly displayed in cart and at checkout.

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us at jwiley@focuslabshop.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FocusLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment costs. If you notice an address error, contact us at jwiley@focuslabshop.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we will attempt to update it before fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are determined by your local customs authority.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).
2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
3. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at jwiley@focuslabshop.com.

For packages confirmed lost in transit (no movement for an extended period) or damaged on arrival, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments on different days. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can typically be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for return options after delivery.
